Removing a webpage from a subpage navigation menu

To remove a webpage from a subpage navigation menu you will need to perform the following tasks.

Log in to the Perpetua CMS for your website.

Log in to the Perpetua CMS for your website.

Type <yourdomain.com>/login into your web browser and then enter your Perpetua CMS credentials.  <yourdomain.com> will be replaced with the domain of your website.

Go to the parent page for the child page that you want to remove from the navigation menu.

In this example we will be removing "Test Page" from the "About Us" subpage navigation menu.  "Test Page" is a child page of "About Us" so we are going to browse to "About Us"

Remove the page from the navigation menu.

To remove the page you can either hide the page or delete it entirely.

To delete the page make sure you are looking at the page you want to delete.   Then when logged into Perpetua go to "Page Properties" and then click on "Delete This Page".

To hide the page make sure you are looking at the page you want to delete.  Then when logged into Perpetua go to "Page Properties" and then click on "Basic".

After you have deleted or hid the page then it should no longer be displayed in the subpage navigation menu.

"Test Page" has been removed from the navigation menu.
